Can I receive copies of my report?
You may request copies of your report after our radiologist (the physician who interprets your images) finalizes the report. You should consult with your referring physician for an explanation of your exam. For further inquiries please call 718-491-4545.
Can I use my cell phone at your facility?
We want to ensure we provide a calm and relaxing atmosphere for our patients. Cell phones are allowed, but if you or a family member or friend needs to place or take a call, we ask that you do so outside of the facility.
How long will it take to get my results?
Your results will be sent to your physician that referred you, as well as any other physicians they requested. Generally speaking your physician will receive the report within two (2) business days. You should contact your doctor’s office to confirm when they receive the report and can provide you with the results.
How long will my exam take?
The length of your exam varies depending on what your physician has ordered. Generally speaking, your total visit time (from time you are instructed to arrive, until the end of your exam) can be anywhere from 45 minutes up to a couple of hours. To ensure we provide all of our patients the privacy they deserve, we encourage our patients to only bring those family or friends necessary for travel or moral support. They are provided a sitting area to wait in.
